WNC was contracted by the Dudley MBC on behalf of the Black Country Sub Regional ESF Technical Assistance Group to deliver the contract "Partnership Working in the Black Country" following an open competitive tendering process which took place December 2009-January 2010.

The aim is to engage with existing and potential new providers, in particular community and voluntary sector organisations, which could access ESF provision in future.  The aim is to support and build the capacity within these organisations to improve their chances of securing ESF funding to deliver targeted provision that meets current and future priorities in the sub region.
