Meet the Black Country Change Up Team  

Many by now may have heard about Change Up but may not fully understand what it is and what it means for voluntary and community groups. The Change Up vision focuses on how capacity building support and infrastructure should be developed over the next ten years. Capacity Builders have agreed to fund the Black Country Change Up Consortium over the next fifteen months with a grant of £200,000 to carry out  work.  CLIO's role is to develop the infrastructure required to support ‘front-line’ community and voluntary groups rather than working with the groups individually.  The  Consortium of Local Infrastructure Organisations(CLIO) intends to concentrate on issues pertinent to the membership
